Product Description

1. The machine features a horizontal high-strength cast iron bed with a small giant design structure and horizontally placed guide rails, making it suitable for high-speed and high-strength cutting while maintaining excellent reliability and accuracy retention.
2. Equipped with an A2-6 or A2-8 heavy cutting type large spindle, the machine offers strong rigidity and high precision to easily handle heavy cutting of various steel parts.
3. Utilizing a long stroke servo tailstock along with the tool holder, the machine can effortlessly process axis parts up to 1000mm in length.
4. The main transmission system of the machine is driven by an AC servo motor, using a high efficiency synchronous belt to directly drive the spindle, effectively avoiding noise issues caused by gearbox transmission chains.
5. The X/Z axis adopts high-power servo motors and ball screws directly connected for strong feed torque and high processing accuracy.
6. With the configuration of a high-performance large cutter servo turret, rapid tool change is achieved without compromising reliability or repeated positioning accuracy.
7. Hydraulic chuck and tailstock sleeve expansion can be programmed and controlled via foot switch for added convenience.
8. Fully enclosed protection ensures safety while equipped with embedded chip removal machinery and water tank to prevent coolant leakage, ensuring smooth chip removal as well as convenient loading/unloading operations.
9. Suitable for long axis processing in industries such as auto parts, transmission industry, wind power, etc.
