Precautions:
1. Regularly check the rotation of the wire saw and make timely adjustments.
2. Check the wear of beads regularly to avoid eccentric wear. Once eccentric wear occurs, measures must be taken promptly.
3. Regularly check the wear of the joints and beads at both ends of the joints, and replace the joints in time.
4. The steel rope tension is generally 250-300kg (Φ4-5mm steel wire)
5. The linear speed of wire saw cutting is adjusted according to different stone types:
Grade 1-2 granite: 25-30 meters/second
Grade 3-4 granite: 22-26 meters/second
Grade 5 granite: 20-24 meters/second
Marble: 30-45 meters/second
Abrasive rock: 30-35 m/s
6. In the initial cutting stage of the new rope, its linear speed should be 2-3 meters/second slower than the above mentioned to facilitate the beading.
The water flow rate is generally 12-25L/min.
