Product Description
Headstone Engraving Equipment is a CNC Stone Machinery with ZLBS-600CNC/5A+1 5+1-axis smart cutters are available for processing marble granite headstone/tombstone. It can be used quickly and easily due to its excellent precision and efficiency. After taking a photo and transferring the design sketch to the stone, the machine will begin operating on its own.
The primary component of the machine type ZLBS-600CNC/5+1A can be stored in a high-cube container.

Features

1. Heavy-duty conjoined structure
The machine is a heavy-duty conjoined structure; it is strong, takes up less space, and is easy to install and move.

2. Head tilt 0°-90°, Head rotate 0°-360°
The A axis can automatically rotate 0-90°, while the C axis can rotate up to 360°.

Tombstone Production

1. Cutting Curves
The Maximum running distance of Z-axis is 50cm, and the machine can cut stones in curved shapes with Maximum17cm thickness.
2. Wave Profiling
This Machine can do wave profiling at both X-axis and Y-axis. It can profile small curves for Memorial Headstones, which makes your design possible.

3. High-Efficiency Solution
You can put many pieces of Stones next to each other and do Wave Profiling together. The maximum Quantity can be customized up to 20~30pieces(for 10cm Tombstones).
4. Product Show
This machine can produce Tombstones in high precision according to drawings.
And We also can add a milling cutter on the machine to do engraving work.
