The probe is made of double-layer stainless steel, and the interlayer is directly cooled by water; the inner layer of compressed air directly cools the camera and lens through the vortex refrigeration tube; at the same time, the compressed air is sprayed out from the pinhole at the front to form an air curtain to suppress the furnace Internal flame and dust, and effectively reduce the heat radiation of the probe to the high temperature in the furnace. The equipment can extend the camera lens into the furnace wall through the furnace wall opening to directly observe the operation of the workpiece in the furnace, the melting of the material and the flame shape.
