OWS series land-based oil-water separator (hereinafter referred to as the series device) is a new type of oil-water separator that can separate emulsified oil, developed for the working conditions of oil-containing wastewater in the land area. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, small volume and easy operation. It can be widely used in various kinds of oily wastewater without surfactant, such as industrial and mining, wharf, oil depot and tanker cleaning wastewater, factory machine shop and machining workshop workpiece cleaning oil wastewater, auto repair shop, shipbuilding and ship repairing yard, air compressor and power plant containing oil. The discharged water after treatment≤15PPM.
This series device is composed of two devices (coalescing filter and filter), special pump, electric control box, pre-filter, 15PPM bilge water alarm device and conversion valve and other accessories.
The series of devices have the following functions: automatic alarm, automatic and manual oil discharge, manual cleaning, automatic alarm record (printing), and automatic discharge of excess water back to the bilge. The heating type is heated by electric heater.
The series devices are: OWS-0.1m3/h, OWS-0.25m3/h, OWS-0.5m3/h, OWS-1.0m3/h, OWS-2.0m3/h, OWS-3.0m3/h, OWS-3.0m3/h and OWS-5.0m3/h. There are 7 kinds of specifications.
