Features The corrugator stacker is designed with auto counting and auto stack change for stable and accurate switch. The conveyor transmitting part is designed with pneumatic baffle, and the speed is controlled by the variable-frequency drive, allowing for stable and orderly stacking without sheet damage. The stacking part features gantry design for lifting controlled by the variable frequency drive. When certain quantity is achieved during stacking, the sheet shall be auto shifted outside with variable-frequency drive control. The baffle shall move backwards automatically during sheet output after stack shifting outside. The size is electrically adjusted during shifting outside and the pneumatic brake is matched for walking. Both sides at the output are equipped with paper stand, allowing for easy stacking and bundling.

2. What is the payment term you accept?
We usually accept T/T. DP and LC are also ok for us.
We need 30% payment as deposit to arrange production and the balance should be paid before shipping.
3. What is your leading time in average? How much time needs for installation?
The manufacturing period for machine is 45 days since deposit is received and installation period is around 7 days.
4. How do we install and debug machine?
Engineer guides installation and debug machine via video or on site.
5. Where is factory? How can we visit there?
Factory is at Mianfang Road 36, Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China.
It is near to Beijing and Tianjin, so after you get Beijing or Tianjin airport, we will pick you up to factory.
