1. We use the slewing bearing which is the same type bearing with excavator, to connect the upper and lower parts of uncoiler, to prevent the tilt of the uncoiler head after loading coil.
2. We use pneumatic disc brake which is more stable than holding brake.
3. Casting steel bearing seat is more durable than welded bearing seat.
4. 1 + 2 bearing design way, to reduce bearing damage frequency, machine more stronger and durable.
5. We use hydraulic motor for the head rotation speed adjustment, instead of manual, which more safe.
