The reason why wooden bed boards tend to be constructed with wooden strips is mainly based on three considerations.
Firstly, from the perspective of material properties, commonly used engineered woods such as spruce and pine can obtain sufficient strength and stability after appropriate treatments such as planing and dyeing, meeting the load-bearing requirements of the bed board.
Secondly, considering ergonomics, the wooden strip structure can provide better load-bearing capacity, prevent excessive bending or breakage of the bed board, and can undergo elastic deformation according to the center of gravity and body shape of the human body, improving sleep comfort.
Finally, the wooden structure also conforms to modern people's pursuit of environmental protection and health. Its natural green, ventilated and breathable characteristics help reduce moisture and promote human health. 1. Automatic cutting part: It is firmly attached to the workbench by vacuum suction. Chain driven worktable moves forward and backward. The saw blade motor adopts a high-speed electric spindle.
