1BQX -1.1 Light-duty Disc Harrow
1BQX -1.1 light-duty disc harrow has 12 blades and the working width 1.1m. It is designed for the application of soil tillage as follows:
For tilled or non-tilled soil;
For Clod breaking and land leveling after plowing;
For soil stirring ,chopping up unwanted weeds and soil and fertilizer mixing;
Tilling and chopping up crop residues after harvesting;
Soil loosening and seedbed preparing before planting.
1BQX-1.1 light disc harrow is a mounted light-duty opposed disc harrow for 12-20hp tractor .It is equipped with 65 Mn disc blade of 460*3mm ,and hardness 38-44 HRC . The blades have been heat treated to assure the toughness and wear ability of disc blade. The disc harrow has rigid steel frame and the main beam is 50-70 mm ,strong and durable . Its square shaft is made of 45# steel with quenching and tempering and the size is 28*28 mm. Bearing is covered by sealed bearing seat to protect it from sand, dust etc.It has small resistance and short maintenance time.
