Product DetailsMold Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic frp Grating for walking wayFirberglass Molded grating is manufactured by laying continuous glass fibres in the mould in the direction of vertical and horizontal, and thurougly wetted out with resin, layer by layer.FRP grating are designed with a high safety factor and are manufactured according to the DIN 24537-3 standard. Our gratings are manufactured in a wide range of sizes in order to guarantee an immediate solution to various design problems and are produced in monolithic panels that are easy and fast to install.Frp grating producing process such as post applied grit could be bonded after as a secondary operation. This continuous process produces an integral, one piece panel,Frp grating offers excellent corrosion resistance as well as bi-directional strength.Specification(mm)Panel size(mm)Weight(kg)Customize38*38*251220*366054 yes38*38*301220*36607038*38*381220*36601000*4007888150*50*501220*36609819*19*38*38*301075*36267238*38*651030*404014140*40*401010*40408119*19*38*38*381220*36609225*25*50*50*301220*366062Product Details ShowProduct DisplaysOur producing types of frp grating, from mesh size to panel size, and we can customized size of fiberglass grating according your requirement.Features of frp grating:1. Light weight: Its weight is one quarter of steel gratings; easy for carrying, which reduce the carrying cost.2. Good mechanical property: Resin content is 35%; fiberglass content is 65%, which increase the rate between strength and weight.3. Aging resistance: UV absorption agent and polyester surface veil mat are added in the formula, which can protect fromultraviolet rays.4. Effective: The fire retardant effect is of 1 to 25, or oxygen index is above 26. Oxygen index can reach above 26. (per therequirement of project)5. Others: Impact resistance, free from maintenance, easy for processing, slide resistance, electric and thermal insulation.ApplicationFiber (frp) graiting is used as tree grating ,car wash drain grating and walkway grating and so on, have widely use value.FRP molded grating used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, electroplating, batteries, machinery, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, mining, sewage treatment, home decoration, municipal engineering, car washes, etc;Specific applicable: operating platform, trench cover, double ground, road, corridor, stair tread, condole top, found board, car washes the floor, etcProcess and PackingOur factoryRelated productsContact usIf you are interseted in Mold Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic frp Grating for pigeon racing, please feel free to contact us!
