During the working process, the water inlet pipe and spray pipe always supply water, so that the sewage in the water tank is gradually replaced.
The machine mainly uses the way of bubble and spray to clean the products. A blower at the bottom of the equipment blows air into the water tank through the pipe, so that the water in the water tank generates bubbles from bottom to top. The energy generated by bubble generation and rupture promotes the turnover of the products. The upper end of the water tank is equipped with a spray pipe to wash the products under cleaning under high pressure, so that the loose impurities after soaking can completely fall off. The circulating cleaning water continuously filtered in the water tank is used for spraying here. The equipment is equipped with a discharge device, and the discharge outlet is also equipped with a spray pipe. Here, you can freely choose to use circulating water or external clean water according to your needs. Realize secondary cleaning and higher cleaning rate.
