Machine Description:
Heat transfer is a good way for branding garment. In the past long time, heat transfers are mainly made by semi-automatic printing machine sheet by sheet in a relatively slow way. To help the manufacturer improve productivity and reduce cost,the automatic heat transfer label printing machine come out.
It is able to continuously print large numbers of heat transfer labels on PET film on roll to roll basis. Printing capacity is 6 times higher than semi automatic printing machine, but need only one operator.
The printing line comprises a unwinder, a printing unit and a hot air dryer. The PET material unwinding, screen printing, drying and rewinding process are conducted at same step. After the roll printing process, we offer post-press machines to cut the roll into sheets or to slit the big roll into small rolls.
The machine can print 1 color, 2 colors or more than 2 colors if necessary. It features a unique automatic registration system with 3 sensors installed to ensure high precision in overprint. Welcome to contact us for a video, we believe you will like it.
