PLC programmable controller is used to make the whole machine run programmed, from liquid to high viscosity fluid material (paste) filling and sealing to coding batch number (including production date) and other processes automatic operation. It is the ideal equipment for filling and sealing aluminum pipe, plastic pipe and composite pipe in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, adhesive and other industries, in line with GMP specifications.
Main features:
1) High-grade LCD programming controller and button combined operation video screen, fully grasp the equipment of stepless speed regulation, parameter equipment, output counting statistics, pressure indication, fault display and other operating conditions, so that the operation is simple and humanized.
2) The whole process of automatic tube supply, automatic tube down, standard, inert temperature gauge filling (optional), filling, water cooling sealing, coding, cutting edge, finished product export.
3) High-precision calibration system reduces the range of color difference between the tube body and the color label.
4) External adjustment parts, position digital display, quick and accurate adjustment (suitable for multi-specification, multi-variety production).
5) Machine, light, electricity, gas integration, no tube does not fill, the supply tube is not in place, low pressure, automatic display (alarm); When opening the protective door, it can automatically stop and other automatic functions.
