Product Features

Granite Jaw Crusher for Aggregate Price is manufactured with optimized design based on absorbing the advanced western technology. Compared with the old PE crusher, JC series jaw crusher adopts "V" type crushing chamber design, which has the following advantages, larger feeding size, smaller discharge size, so it can get bigger crushing ratio. Processing capacity has increased by 30% under the same condition, and reduced energy consumption by 10% - 15%.
Fixed jaw and movable jaw can switch upside down respectively, which features in less cost of wearing parts, more convenient and quick replacement or installation.
For the adjusting device, the old PE jaw crusher adopts screw rod adjusting device by adding spacer, which is cumbersome, laborious, and inhumane. However, our JC series jaw crusher adopts hydraulic double wedge adjustment device, which is simpler, safer and more convenient adjustment, meanwhile, save the downtime.
High-strength frame is durable through heat treatment process to remove internal stress of the frame. By shot-blast treatment, oxide layer on the surface of the equipment has been removed, and it is easier for spraying paint, which ensures external appearance more beautiful.
Integral bearing box design can remove the radial load in installing combination bearing seats, and it has advantages of more convenient transportation, easier installation, and longer service life bearing.
The whole set of heavy type movable jaw is durable. The swing jaw adopts high-quality casting steel structure, and equip with forged heavy eccentric shaft, high quality large heavy loading self-aligning rolling bearing and the large type casting fly wheel. These designs assure the movable jaw stroke-resistance and stable.
The matching surface of movable jaw and movable jaw body has been highly machined, which ensures the installation more closely, and reduce the loose of jaw plate to better protect the movable jaw. It is features in smooth running, lower noise. Some manufacturers adopt cement and other waste filling, and it is easy to damage, then, it will produce more noise when running and damage the movable jaw.
The integrated design for motor and main frame features in small installation space and less civil work expense. Besides, the crusher is fixed by the special rubber device, which effectively absorbs the vibrating force, and it is smaller vibrating and lighter shock to foundation compared with anchor bolt fixed way.

Structure
There are two types of machine frame: welded type and assembled type. The former is for small and middle size, the latter is for big size.
(1) Welded type
The welded type adopts large angle transitional rounded angle and low stress zone welding method to ensure frame stress balanced, which with features of anti-shock resistance, equal force, low failure rate and so on.
(2) Assembled type
Assembled type adopts advanced modularity and no welding framework, it has the features of big fatigue strength, high reliability, easy delivery and installation, especially for the underground mine, high altitude mine and other diffificult transportation areas.
Packing and Delivery
The jaw crusher should be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery. The small parts are packed into wooden crates; the big parts are wrapped by plastic sheeting.
