Product Description

Fuselage adopts super-large solid base and high-rigidity large-span herringbone column, which can be cut at high speed without vibration or deformation.
Foundation large parts are made of high quality resin sand molding, high strength cast iron material casting, so that the machine tool to obtain high rigidity and stable precision.
Three-axis guide rail adopts roller rail bearing, high rigidity, low friction and low noise.
Large diameter C3 grade screw with pre-tension structure to eliminate part of heat extension. The screw bearing adopts self-lubricating to extend bearing life.
Disc type 24T tool magazine, fast tool change, reliable quality and stable performance. The design of the sinew head, the internal sinew is enlarged, the rigidity of the structure is strengthened, and the processing stability is greatly improved.
Is equipped with positive displacement and forced lubrication system to ensure good lubrication of all linkage parts of the whole machine tool and fully enclosed sheet metal to ensure safe processing.
