Mochi machine can change different molds for making different size and filling ratio of mochi.Mochi machine is multifunctional to make
different kinds of mochi,mochi ice cream,double filling mochi,double color mochi,etc.
P180 Automatic mochi ice cream Encrusting and aligning machine is a upgraded model on the basis of the standard P160 Automatic Encrusting Machine. The P180 Automatic mochi encrusting and aligning machine is equipped with an automatic tray aligning system which can automatically do tray conveying, product positioning and collecting, and powder sprinkling at one time. The tray aligning conveyor can be customized according to customer's tray size. Unlike the P160 Automatic encrusting machine, P180 Automatic encrusting and aligning machine is special made for mochi ice cream and mochi. As mochi and mochi ice cream is soft texture and easy deformed, they need to be formed and collected by tray at once during the forming process,then finally taken to freezer for cooling and packaging machine for film wrapping.
P180 Mochi encrusting machine has standard two flat feeding hoppers, one for mochi dough, the other for ice cream, cream, jam and so on. It can also be upgraded to three hoppers with an extra flat feeding hopper on top to make double filling or double color filled products.
Customer can optionally choose either P180 Automatic encrusting and aligning machine or P160 Automatic encrusting machine for making mochi and mochi ice cream. The only difference is that the P180 Mochi encrusting and aligning machine has a auto tray aligning system and the P160 Mochi encrusting machine doesn't have it. P160 Mochi encrusting machine is more multifunctional to make food, and it can connect other accessory machines in a complete production line. For example, It can connect mooncake stamping machine in the mooncake production line, connect ball roller in the energy ball production line, connect powder coating macine in the glutinous rice ball production line or connect chocolate enrobing machine in the chocolate production line.
