Glass lined reactor equipment is made by applying enamel with high silicon content on the metal surface, and enamel burning at 1200°C to make the enamel adhere to the surface of the metal iron tire. Therefore, it has the dual advantages of glass-like chemical stability and metal strength.
Our company produces all kinds of reactor(or tanks) and accessories, specializing in the production of chlorinated polyethylene, glyphosate and other strong corrosive enamel reaction kettles, using 5809 high temperature enamel, using electric furnace firing.
The company mainly produces Class I and Class II pressure vessels in large-scale chemical and medical equipment, as well as various stainless steel and non-standard equipment production and glass-lined equipment maintenance, production and firing.
