The polystyrene melter machine can crush and hot melt EPS/XPS/foamed PS/EPE etc materials.It can crush with shafts inside hopper and melt by chamber.Poeple use this machine much to turn the foam waste into value.The lump can be sold in the recycling market,esp the white color lump.
The foam melting machine melts by physical principle of "Friction Produce Heat" to melt.Not by electrical heater.You can see there is no heater at chamber.We can also install heater at chamber if users have wet polystyrene foam materials.
We have diesel engine powered machine and electrical motor powered machine.
