DSP4140-ZD multi head CNC outer polishing machine is a new generation of digitally controlled polishing machines continuously developed on the basis of our company's series of products. The overall layout of the machine is a horizontal overall design. The base reference adopts the "" shaped base mechanism form of German and Japanese mainstream brand machine tools, and is subjected to complete stress relief annealing treatment to achieve sufficient rigidity and stability. When the main shaft is equipped with three sets of polishing wheels and the speed is up to 2700 r/min, the vibration of the machine base does not exceed 0.02 mm. Without the need to tighten the foundation screws, the machine has no obvious vibration and displacement. At the same time, the control system of the machine adopts "high-speed field bus"technology, which can achieve high-speed and accurate trajectory and polishing process control of the machine, and can complete polishing processes for different parts such as edges, bottoms, and sides in one clamping operation. It is suitable for mass polishing production of the outer surfaces of soup pans, frying pans, frying pans, and other products.
