Working Principle of sawdust briquette machine:Using the lignin raw material intrinsic property, throught the screw extrusion, under the high temperature, the high pressure, in the lignin raw material's lignin plasticizing causes the tiny textile fiber to unify, forms the clavate solid fuel. Briquette Machine introduction:This Wood Charcoal Making Machine can take sawdust, wood, rice husk, coconut shell & other woody material into briquette, which can be used in boiler, heating & warming. After carbonization, the briquette will become charcoal, used in BBQ.Production process of Charcoal Making Machine:(1). Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm. (wood, wood branch, coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk, sunflower husk).(2). Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%.(3). Pressing to raw material into briquette.(4). Make briquette carbonized in the carbonized oven.(5). The shape of briquette can be round, square, hexagonal.
