The Total Mixed Ration (TMR) Feed Mixer represents a modern approach to animal feeding. TMR stands for Total Mixed Rations, which refers to a feeding technique that thoroughly combines roughage, concentrates, minerals, vitamins, and other additives to ensure herbivores receive adequate nutrition. This TMR feeding technology, supported by effective technical measures and high-performance preparation machinery, guarantees that every bite of feed is a balanced ration with a consistent ratio of concentrate to roughage and uniform nutrient concentration.
Performance characteristics:
1) Independent hydraulic system, easy to hang, strong independence, long service life.
2) The blade is made of special heat-treated manganese steel, sharp and strong, with high wear resistance or carbide coating for long-term use.
3) The equipment mixes evenly and the double-sided material spreading design is free and convenient to switch.
4) The adjustable knives has two fixed positions. After the blade is worn, it can be changed and continued to be used, extending the service life of the blade.
5) The spiral cutting and stirring of the auger machine forms a three-dimensional multi-cycle stirring system, which ensures the full cutting and uniform mixing of the material.
6) The equipment uses high-strength special customized axles with stable axle performance.

The mixer is mainly powered by a tractor for traction and mixing. It is easy to move with a forklift for feeding and has high feeding efficiency.
The mixer is suitable for agricultural and animal husbandry breeding areas, large and medium-sized farms and standardized community farms. It can mix and mix various fibrous feeds such as forage grass, crop straw, silage, etc. before feeding.
The 9JQL series fully mixed ration mixer is a vertical traction equipment. The feed mixing method adopts the form of a spiral agitator. Blades are installed on the blades to chop various hays, with low noise and less pollution. A discharge device is provided on the side of the box body. The discharge door is closed when the fixed mixer is mixing. After the feed is mixed, the discharge door is opened for unloading. There is a feeding device (customizable) on the rear side of the fixed mixer, which is controlled by a hydraulic system.
The feed addition is fully in accordance with the following: long first, short later, light first, heavy later, dry first, wet later, coarse first, fine later.
The order of mixing and adding feed: long grass (leep grass, alfalfa, oat grass, etc.) → silage (silage corn, barley) → auxiliary materials (cottonseed, beans, beet pulp (Po), brewer's grains, etc.) → mixed concentrate → water or molasses.
