2. Features 2.1.Screw feeder,Conditioner, Chute and Pressing door of this feed pellet machine are full polished stainless steel, more durable and corrosion resistant.

2.2.Screw feeder is controlled by frequency conversion inverter to control feeding speed& capacity and ensure feeds quality, and equipped with permanent magnet to remove iron impurities.

2.3. Applicable for all kinds of poultry feeds/ livestock feeds/ high grade aqua feeds. Single, double or three layers of conditioners are optional. Conditioners with several steam adding inlets, to ensure fully ripening and gelatinization, with good conditioning effect.

2.4.Adopting high accurate and efficient gear drive,with an output of about 20% higher than belt drive,and ring die adopts the quick removing clamps.

2.5. Big gear and pinion shaft adopt the carbonizing quenching with high accuracy, to ensure smooth driving, low noise and long service life.

2.6. Main spare parts, such as ring dies& rollers etc. are produced strictly according to high quality standard. Ring dies are produced by automatic CNC gun drill machine&coutersinking machine, heat treatment by vacuum furnace, with long service life and making good feeds.

2.7.Configurable oil circulating cooling system, in order to enhance the cooling and lubrication effect of the main drive system of bearing. The device can work smoothly for a long time.
