Foam Recycling Machine can efficiently crush and hot melt EPS, XPS, foamed PS, EPE, and various other materials. Utilizing robust shafts within the hopper and an advanced melting chamber, this machine transforms foam waste into valuable lumps, particularly the highly desirable white color lump, which commands a premium in the recycling market.
The foam melting machine operates on the physical principle of 'Friction Produces Heat' to achieve melting, rather than relying on an electrical heater. Notably, our standard model does not include a heater in the chamber, but we offer the option to install one for customers dealing with wet polystyrene foam materials.
We provide both diesel engine-powered and electrical motor-powered versions of our machine, catering to a wide range of user needs and operational environments.
