The AD series CNC lathe is a high-peed precision CNC machining equipment produced by introducing Japanese technology. t is suitable for machining various kinds of the shaft, sleeve, and dish-type parts with complicated shapes. such as turning cylindrica-conical surface. circular surface. end surface groove cutting, chamfering, hole reaming,etc. Main structural features as following:
1. The machine bed is cat with a box-shaped structure,adopts one-piece casting technology,completely machined by the pentahedral machining center at a one-time clamping process.the accuracy is maintained well.
2.Adopt high rieidity 45 inclined machine bed. The sliding surface of the cross slide adopts plastic veneer technology to make the feed system rigid,frictional resistance,and other dynamic and static characteristics ln the best condition.A separate sink is attached to prevent leakage and easy to maintain.
3.The hydraulic turret is adopted. and the tool holder can be interchanged at any position. lt can rotate nearby to change the tool at wil. The tool changespeed isfast and the action is stable and reliable.
4.High rigidity spindle structure.there is no gear structure in the spindle box.reatlv reducine noise and vibration.
5.Equipped with hydraulic chuck and high-speed cylinder,and equipped with foot switch,workpiece clamping is convenient, safe, and reliable.
