Extrusion material include TPU, PVC, PE, PA, PEBAX, PP, PEEK, PTFE etc, extrusion shape include single lumen tube, multi-lumen tube, multi-row tube, multi-color tube, X-ray tube, thick wall tube and thin wall tube, micro-hole tube, etc. The post-processing include welding, tip-forming, end-capping, tip-enlarge, drilling, rotary punch, bending and setting, beveling, grooving, cutting and so on. At present, the technology has been very mature, minimum tolerance can be controlled in 0.015-0.1mm, wall thickness can be controlled in 0.02mm, minimum hole can be controlled in 0.2mm, minimum hardness can be controlled in 40A. Our product main export America, Australia, Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Germany, Korea, etc and have the professional quality department, all products are strict tested before shipping. We have own 100,000 grade clean production workshop, in 2019 passed ISO13485 quality management system.
