1. the equipments use SS304 and SS316L ,whcih can fit to the GMPs and FDA requirement ,also can used for the various solvent to anti-corrosion
2.extractor tank volume scope from 50L-500L ,so it can be used the different pilot scope
3.the equipments can be used different type heating methods : steam heating ,electrical heating ,thermal oil heating etc . so it will be convenient for the end users
4.the cooling medium can be cooling water or tap water .chiller
5.the equipments is a whole complete system ,including the transfer pump ,vacuum pump etc utilities already ,it can fit the one key operation control
6.the whole system located in a Stainless steel platfrom ,so inside pipeline all have finished in our plant already ,so end user not need to make the inside pipeline connection again .
7.It can be used manual operation or HMI/PLC operation .
8.HMI/PLC control functions: 1) extractor temperature PID control ,2) extracting time , 3)foam destroyer ,4) solvent /water charge volume control .5) product outlet viscosity control .6) evaporate temperature control etc.
