The minimized distance between the spindle center and the guide rail surface, coupled with reduced flipping torque, significantly enhances processing stability. Crafted with resin sand molding and high-strength, high-quality cast iron, the machine undergoes a thorough heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress. Precise manual scraping of contact surfaces guarantees the highest structural rigidity for the entire machine. Our comprehensive product line boasts a wide range of specifications, complemented by a highly flexible automated exchange head library and a versatile vertical and horizontal tool changing system, delivering automated, efficient, and highly productive performance. The modular spindle design offers varied cutting characteristics to meet diverse machining needs. The Y-axis features an ultra-high rigidity roller-type linear slide rail, blending the heavy cutting rigidity of hard rails with the swift movement and low wear of linear slides, thus significantly enhancing both rigidity and control.
The three-axis system is equipped with internationally renowned brand roller guide rails, providing exceptional rigidity and outstanding dynamic accuracy. The transmission system employs large-diameter grinding ball screws from Taiwan, ensuring a compact structure, smooth movement, low thermal elongation, and heightened accuracy. The screw support forms a stable, high-rigidity mechanical transmission system. The high-precision spindle offers constant and reliable lubrication for spindle bearings, while the standard spindle oil cooling system maintains the spindle in a stable working condition for extended periods.
