This machine is used for cutting different kinds roll materials,such as BOPP,PET,CPP and PVC,Paper , Adhesive Paper other similar material etc....
Feature
1. Electrical control system adopts PLC and touch screen for control. And according to different requirements of products to set and display the working parameter.
2. Rewinding adopts vector frequency inverters, roll diameter calculated by PLC to realize automatic tension control.
3. Loading and unloading using shaft-less pneumatic cone top type. It is easy for laoding, unloading and with high efficiency, has web guide system.
4.Rewinding shaft is double slip air shaft, uses the straight knife and rotary knives for slitting, regularity disc surface,air exhausting device for the waste.
5.The system has meter counting, winding diameter operation, automatic stop by setting length you need first.
