Product Introduction
HLV series single shaft shredder is a kind of low speed,high torque shredder.The shredder utilizes cutters mounted on the rotor to shred materials through rotation, offering material adaptability, high throughput, small finished size and consistent performance. With screens designed specifically for single-shaft shredders, it is easy to meet the required final size of material in a single pass with just one single machine.
The crushed material can be sold as raw material or processed to produce other products through other equipment.
According to the type of crushing material,the production capacity is about 300kg/ h-5000kg/h.
Being the smallest shaft shredder in our product line,It mainly handles plastic lumps and rejects, wood, paper wastes to obtain uniform particle size.
