It is made by high-strength compound to resist the pressure and the external impact very strongly.
It is opaque so that it blocks the propagation of mosses or microorganisms.
It is the long life edition product so that it has a long lifetime. StructureInside the special polyvinyl chloride (PVC) hose, a high strength polyester fiber is injected and fused together ensuring the inner portion will not detach from the outer coating of the hose. Due to this manufacturing technique the hose will endure high internal and external pressure.
PVC plastic coated hose and NBR fire hose unit are new products developed by our company by absorbing and digesting foreign advanced technology. It uses polyester fiber as reinforcement material, woven into mesh pipe by spinning and weaving machine, and then plasticized by extruder. The extruded PVC or NBR or PU material is coated on the woven mesh at one time to form hose. Due to the advanced technology, high automation level, practical and convenient maintenance, the unit has the international advanced level.

1.PVC layflat hose
PVC layflat hose is designed for light and heavy duty applications, the hoses are most commonly used in agricultural equipment
where continuous water flow through irrigation systems is required. Other application include water pump, pool & spa, construction, mines and marine.
* Construction of PVC Layflat Hose
-Tube: Extrude industrial grade PVC.
-Reinforcement: Reinforced with polyester yarn.
* Constant operation: -5ºCto +65ºC
* Application: For suck or dicharge large flow air, water, dust, mud, or chemical solvent for agriculture irrigation, industrial water, construction, hardware, garden tools, etc.
2. Fire Extinguisher Hose
Material: SBR, NR, EPDM, or NBR with PVC blend. Performance: light weight, quick output, no-leaking, abrasion & corrosion resistance, durable. Feature: For covered with reinforcing rib, it has good character of abrasion proof, corrosion resistance, ozone and ultraviolet radiation resistance. Application condition: Normally it can be used under -20 to 80 degree, also can be used under high temperature until 150 degree. So it can be used in any special and complicated environment, especially for oil field and chemical industry. For fire-fighting, irrigation, water or sewage transportation etc.
