Pelletizing production line integrates crushing compactor and pelletizing ,with high level of automation and high feeding efficiency , it is more suitable for large size film to enter the equipment directly without crushing . Intelligent modular system and onekey for startup and shutdown are secure and stable . Two stage machine with two screen changer, so that it can fliter much more impurity. Meanwhile the machine with one vacuum degassing and one natural degassing, then the final pellets will be more beautiful. The machine is with high performance and high efficiency,
Screw is designed with differennt type for different, and the heater also can use Cost Aluminium, cost copper, alloy, keramic or others. Side feeder with mixer, material feeder into the extruder, meanwhile the mixer will be running all the time, the material won't stick together and can be send into the extruder
