High MFI PP non woven fabric single stage plastic recycling pelletizing machine
PP non-woven fabric pelletizing line is working to processing waste PP fabric into granules. The whole PP non woven fabric recycling machine equipped with shredder-compactor-extruder in one system to cut,agglomerate,melt the plastic and then cut it into granules.
Features
1. Adopt our new type single shaft shredder to pre-cut the roll PP non-woven fabric into small flakes.Easy feeding with low current.
2. Compactor with frequency, low speed is better for fabric to agglomeration.
3. Main extruder working with vacuum degassing system to remove moisture and gas.
4. Vertical water ring die face cutting system, special flow rate design assuring the cutting performance.
5. Adapt to high MFI plastic material,35-40 ranges.
6. The whole production line equipped with PLC touch screen system.Easy operation.
