The granulating crusher, equipped with an adjustable speed motor, works in sync with the extruding machine, resulting in high-quality recycled plastic particles.
But that's not all! Our machine is also equipped with a hydraulic filter-screen-replacing unit and automatic temperature control, ensuring your convenience and safety during operation.
Thanks to its modular design principle and component standardization manufacturing, our system provides effective and stable compounding performance. It consists of two screws, one long and one short, and features forced feeding to ensure smooth material entry into the hopper.The design of two screws can completely plasticize the recycled materials and avoid impurity residues.
Here's how it works: simply put the plastic fragments into the feeding cylinder, where they are heated and plasticized by the screw. The extrusion process transforms them into noodle-shaped plastic strips, which are then cooled by the stainless steel water tank. Finally, the noodles are cut into recycled plastic particles.

Its about 40 minutes from shanghai by plane(4 hours by train). We will pick you up on airport or station.Welcome to visit our factory~3.
