12M Automatic Producing Linstreet Light Pole Hydraulic Tandem Press Brake
Two WC67Y/K Series in same specification are choosen as main machine with double motor linkage synchro-device, which may work together to process overlong workpiece or operate separately to increase production efficiency. Defection copensation device is fitted, too. Mechanic and fluid servos with mechanic slider are utilized in synchronous device. The stroke of upper slider and the position of rear apron are regulated quickly by machine and micro-regulated by hand with electronic NC display.
Performance
Tandem Series press brakes allow for the combination of two ERMAK heavy duty press brakes in a synchronised tandem. Typical industries served include earth moving,lighting columns,cranes,aerospace,transport and defence. New intuitive and intelligent Touch PC based control ensures reduces `Art to Part' time and optimises bending results. Multiple operating modes ensure fastest'Art to Part'times. When used in tandem mode both machines are controlled via one Touch control. Each machine in the tandem can also be used independently increasing flexibility. ERMAK heavy duty tooling is available to suit your individual application. Machine has many configurable options at point of order:open height,stroke,throat gap and back gauge.
