What it do?
Our bridge stone cutting machines are designed to cut big slabs of marble, granite, quartz, and other material into needed sizes. A chamfering function and a 360 rotation worktable are optional based on the needs of clients.

The Structure
These machines have an integrated bridge structure. They consist of a crossbeam, a rotatable worktable(driven by the hydraulic system), two support columns, and a spindle box with a tiltable cutting head.

How it works?
It is equipped with a PLC control system with a human-machine interface that can manage the cutting speed, the cutting quantity, and the cutting size.

More Details
1. The cutting head (blade) can rotate to 90 degrees to cut the slabs. Without rotating the worktable, it can reduce the movement of slabs and eventually increase the accuracy.
2. The cutting heads (blade) can tilt to 50 degrees to chamfer slabs.

1. The worktable can tilt to 85 degrees in order to place and move away slabs easier.
2. The worktable can rotate from 0 to 360 degrees and stop at any degrees between the range. Working with the head, users can cut such triangle shapes as well.

The machine includes a screen, a remote control, and some convenient buttons, allowing users to control the machine in multiple ways. The working speed is adjustable based on the processing materials. The maximum cutting size can be 3400mm (L) x 2200mm (W) x 160mm (H)

It is equipped with an infrared alignment device. The device provides users with visualization of the starting cutting position of slabs, which can help to save materials. These machines are equipped with sensors to detect the forward and backward movement of the crossbeam and the up and down movement of the head.
