Product DescriptionContinuous pasteurizer - spraying tunnel typeThe spray pasteurization cooling line is a sterilization equipment specially designed for dairy products, fruit juices, beverages, beer, sake, wine, cans and other products with over-packed or fragile packaging. It is an ideal equipment to extend the shelf life of the products without adding preservatives. It can be customized according to the user's different process requirements for product sterilization and cooling.Equipment advantages: 1. The pasteurizer is made of stainless steel (except for electrical components), which is easy to clean and meets the relevant national regulations on food hygiene. 2. There are two imported temperature sensors located at both inlet and outlet to minimize the temperature error. 3. All the corners of the equipment chain adopt sprocket to reduce the tension of the chain. 4. This pasteurizer adopts a double-layer mesh belt design, and the mesh belt runs synchronously to manage the products in queues, in order to ensure the products are fully sterilized without any floating or dead corners. 5. This pasteurizer adopts automatic steam regulating valve and manual control valve for fine-tuning control which achieves automatic and manual dual control, in order to ensure timely steam supply and save extra steam. 6.
