Material handing machinery hot ore beneficiation belt conveyor has the advantages of big conveying amount, simple structure, convenient maintenance and standard spare parts. It has been widely used in many industrial departments such as mine, metallurgy and coal for transporting bulk materials and piece articles. The belt conveyor can be used in the temperature ranges of -20°C~+40°C and the temperature of the materials to be conveyed should be below 50°C.
Working Principle
The belt conveyor is widely used in such industries as of metallurgy, mining, coal, harbor, power station, building materials, chemical engineering, light industry, petroleum, grains, heating, etc.
Conveyor is adaptable to both stationary and mobile crushing plants, it is widely used in mining, metallurgical, and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump materials, or packaged materials. The transfer system can be one single or multi-conveyors or combined with other transfer equipments according to various transferring requirements
Details Structure
It can be operated in the circumstance temperature ranging from -20 centigrade to +40 centigrade. The temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyor should be lower than 50 degree.The line support can adopt alumina or steel structure. The line can realise straight convey, turning, upslope or downslope convey as well as continuous convey, interval convey, convey at adjustable speeds by the support of
control system.
