Product features 1.SC series helical-worm geared motor is the combination transmission structure of helical gears and worm wheels,right angle shaft output and steady running.
2.Little vibration and low noise, with large transmission ratio,the transmission efficiency is lower than helical geared motor.
3.The material of gears is 20CrMnTi alloy steel and the hardness can reach to HRC58°~ 62 after tempering , cementiting ,quenching etc. heat treatment. All the gears are processed by accurate grinding and the precision can reach to grade 6~5°.
4.The products have been mainly used in petrochemical machinery, mine and construction machinery, metallurgy, printing and packaging machinery, etc.

Q1: How can you guarantee the quality?
A: 14 months warranty after shipment. If there is a quality problem, please send us pictures or video to check, we promise to send spare parts or new products to replace. Our guarantee not include inappropriate operation or wrong specification selection. Please send us usage details to check the parameters before ordering and operating.
Q2: How we select models and specifications?
A: You can send us the required series code (for example: RC series or in line shaft layout) as well as requirement details, such as motor power, output speed or ratio, service factor or your application,output mounting form...as much data as possible. If you can supply some pictures with nameplate or drawings, it is helpful to select perfectly matched goods to you.
Q3: If we don't find what we want on your website, what should we do?
A: We offer three options:
1, You can send us the pictures, drawings or descriptions details. We will try to design the products basised on our standard models.
2, Our R&D department is professional for OEM/ODM products, please send us drawing/samples, we can do customized design for your bulk purchasing.
3, We can develop new products if they have good market. We have already developed many items for special using successful, such as special gearbox for agitator, cement conveyor, wood pellet machine, power trowel,shoes machines and so on.
Q4: Can we buy 1 pc of each item for quality testing?
A: Yes, we are glad to accept trial order for quality testing.
Q5: How about your product delivery time?
A: Normally for 20'container, it takes 25-30 workdays for worm and cycloid gearbox, 35-40 workdays for helical gearbox.
