Product details
1. The pyrolysis furnace adopts the structure of heat storage body to fully recycle waste heat, which can
not only extend the service life of the main furnace, but also save fuel.Thus further saving productioncosts.
2. the furnace adopts special high temperature resistant boiler steel, service life up to 8 years.
3. The equipment is equipped with infrared blocking prevention and warning dredging device, which can
give early warning of pipe blockage in the production process and automatically solve the blockage
problem, so as to ensure that the main furnace will not have safety problems due to pipe blockage in the
production process.
4. The slag discharging system adopts a dual-cycle structure to control the slag discharging time at about
30 minutes.Slag quickly clean.
5. Adopt a new waste gas purification system to make the gas discharged after purification meet the
relevant national emission standards.
6. Excess combustible gas is dehydrated, sulfur removed and impurities removed in the purification system,
and then compressed by the special gas compressor and stored in the gas storage tank. It can be used for
heating later, or supplied to the gas generator for use or sale.
7. Convection vents and rapid cooling devices are added in the main furnace to reduce the temperature of
the main furnace to below 100 degrees within one hour.
