Mixing System 1K Solid Color Paint Car Tinter Automotive Paint with Formula
One component master-batch series products including solid color paint, silvery paint and pearl paint. It provides the car painting with metallic flashing effect, so that the car body is more three-dimensional, showcasing the luxurious essence. Variable color combinations can be adjusted to meet the color needs of the refinish.

Construction Parameter

Products and Additive: ZUOTONG 1K Color Master-batch( 1K Basecoat Colors) Thinner: ZUOTONG Universal(ZK103)/High Performance(ZK301) Thinner Suitable Substrates: Old paint film or 2K primer surface sanded with P600#~1000 # sandpaper. Surface Treatment: Use a dust cloth to clean the surface of the substrate. Mixing Ratio(volume ratio): 1K Metallic Paint: Thinner = 1 : 0.8~1 Pot Life:24 hours (25ºC). Stir it well before using if more than 1 hour not use. Spray Gun Setup and Application Pressure: Gun caliber: 1.2-1.4mm, Spray pressure: 1.8 ~ 2.5kg/cm². Spray-painted Method:2-3 layers of single spray at 1.8-2.5kg /cm² pressure, with a volatilization time of 2-3 minutes (20ºC) and a gun distance of 15-20cm. Apply final layer at 2 kg/cm² after fully cover. After volatilizing for 2-10 minutes, then spray varnish within 1 hour. Drying Time: 15 minutes (25ºC)
