1.30° slant type bed, high stability integrated bed base.
2.Direct-drive electric spindle can effectively eliminate the vibration of the spindle. The rear-mounted rotor is used for faster installation and maintenance. The spindle motor is equipped with a cooling system to ensure that the spindle continues to work at a constant temperature. This machine can not only complete finishing, but also rough and heavy cutting for users, especially suitable for mass production of products with complex shapes and high finish.
3.Standard configuration servo turret.
4.Programmable hydraulic tailstock, high rigid overall structure and good stability.
5.The feeding system is directly driven by the servo motor. The machine is equipped with roller linear guides, and the maximum fast moving speed can reach: 24m/min.
6.The design of hydraulic and lubricating system is simple and reliable. Adopt centralized quantitative automatic lubrication.
7.Adopt Taiwan rotary chuck oil cylinder, equipped with automatic chip removal device. The above functional components can be controlled by programming, and various special fixtures can be designed and installed according to the special requirements of users. Product Parameters
