Machine Usage:
2M type tire hydraulic curing machine is used for the shaping and curing various sizes of motorcycle tires. The main operations of this machine are all performed to complete by hydraulic cylinders. And the auxiliary operations are achieved by air cylinders. Thermal line section can be designed according to user requirements. This machine is of high production efficiency, easy operation, small footprint, and reliable performance characteristics.
Machine Introduction: LLY-B845X100X1 2M 34" type tire hydraulic curing machine is used for the shaping and curing of 12"-19" rubber tires. The main operations of this machine are all performed to complete by hydraulic cylinders. And the auxiliary operations are achieved by air cylinders. Thermal line section can be designed according to user requirements. Thismachine is of high production efficiency, easy operation, small footprint, and reliable performance characteristics. This machine is mainly composed of the machine host, safety devices, PCI, central mechanism, hydraulic systems, pneumatic, thermal systems, control systems, etc. Process data are set on the display to edit touch screen system (location convenient for operation, process data including circulating water temperature, pressure, thermal plate export outside temperature, external pressure, mould temperature, mould clamping force, each data records 3-5 seconds once to display disc curve and histograms, storage period is one year, with a copy USB port), error alarm system (internal pressure low alarm, low temperature alarm inside and outside temperature is too low, too high alarm).

1. Delivery time of the rubber machines?
Normally it needs about 25 days to 3 months according to the ordered machines' size and quantity.
2. What does your factory do regarding quality control?
We have the most professional engineer team to design the correct machines at the beginning, equip with the most advanced processing device to process the machine parts during the production period and finally arrange the most experienced assembly workers to assemble and check the final machines to 100% guarantee the superior quality and stable performance of each machine.
3. How long is your machines' warranty period?
The warranty period for our machines is one year from the day of normal working at the user plant.
4. Are you able to give installation and commissioning overseas? How long time will it take?
Yes, we can supply overseas service and technical support at the user plant with the charge of the required cost.
Small machines normally takes within 1~3 days.
Large machines normally takes about 30 days.
5. How can we go to your side for a factory visit?
We are located in Qingdao City, Shandong province, China. The nearest airport is Qingdao liuting airport.
