The X and Z axes of the machine tool adopt sliding guide rails

The X axis of the machine tool is equipped with a grating to improve the machining accuracy of the parts.

The fixture of the machine tool adopts the self centering clamping form.

The X axis and Z axis are driven by the AC servo motor to move the ball screw

The electrical control of the machine tool adopts the Japanese FANUC system, which has strong numerical control function, stability and reliability.

The machine tool is equipped with a programmable automatic centralized lubrication device, and all moving parts can be well lubricated.

The machine tool is equipped with independent hydraulic station in the form of superposition valve, and the reversing pump and valve of the hydraulic system are products of Taiwan HP Company
