OPAx992 (OPA992, OPA2992, and OPA4992) is a series of high voltage (40V) general-purpose operational amplifiers. These devices have excellent DC accuracy and AC performance, including rail to rail input/output, low offset voltage (± 210 µ V, typical), low temperature drift (± 0.25 µ V/° C, typical), and low noise (7nV/√ Hz at 1 kHz and 4.4nV/√ Hz at 10 kHz).
OPAx992 has many characteristics, such as differential and common mode input voltage range of power rails, high short-circuit current (± 65 mA), and high voltage swing rate (32 V/µ s), making it a flexible and reliable high-performance operational amplifier suitable for various high-voltage industrial applications.
The OPAx992 operational amplifier series adopts micro packaging (such as WSON) and standard packaging (such as SOT-23, SOIC, and TSSOP), with a rated operating temperature range of -40 ° C to 125 ° C.
