Product Description
Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) is a process used for gas separation and purification, commonly used in nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen separation and carbon dioxide capture applications. The key part of this process is to choose the right adsorbent. Activated carbon, as a widely used adsorption material, also has its specific application in this field.
Pelletized Catalytic Activated CarbonPressure swing adsorption activated carbon uses low ash anthracite coal as raw material, after crushing it to 200mesh, adding a composite catalyst and coal tar, kneading with appropriate water, and then extruding it into a columnar shape in a molding machine. Then it is undergoing carbonization, acidification, activation and other processes to form special activated carbon. Catalyst will affect the molecular structure of the raw material and improves the micropore distribution of activated carbon.

Application
1. Respiratory protective equipment: used to manufacture the poison filter layer in industrial and masks to protect personnel from toxic gases, chemical warfare agents, etc. 4. Deodorization treatment: Used to control and reduce odor problems in places where odor is prone to occur, such as garbage disposal stations and sewage treatment plants. 5. Purification of biogas: In the production and application of biomass energy, it is used to remove impurities such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide in biogas and improve the energy utilization efficiency of gas. 6.
