As a type of general-pur-pose automatic reactor,it iswidely applied in substancepolymerization, decomposition,hydrothermal reaction, hydro-genation,supercritical reac-tion, pharmacy, substance dis-persion and other aspectsAlso, it can be used to store,collect and export experimen-tal data.

Sealing mode: A-type doublethread sealing,high-temperatu.re sealing gasket,snap ring type sealing structure,non-flange type sealing mode;
Heating mode:Enclosed type heating furnace, electric lift,travel300mm, horizontally rotating 90°(left-right)
Reactor cover equipped
Stainless steel pressure gauge and safety valve/explosion valye:
Thermocouple and K-type thermocouple, used to determine reaction temperature;
Liquid sampling valve and gas injection valve, connected with the depth-determining tube, used for gas intake, liquid inlet and taking liquid material under pressure;
Gas release valve,used to totally vent qas in the reactor and to release the pressure;
Built-in cooling coil, used to reduce reactor temperature;
Stirring speed control and PlD/programmed temperaturecontrol system,
Automatic cooling module, PiD control module;Digital temperature display, with super-high temperatureprotection module;
Digital pressure display and overpressure sound-light alarmmodule, with pressure sensor, revolutions control and datadisplay module;
The whole machine carries MRSC-AUTO touch screen con-trol system, to realize temperature, revolutions, torque andtime control, as well as store and collect experimental data in-cluding temperature, revolutions, pressure, torque, time andalarms.

3.Staged programmed temperature control; multistage ex-periment condition temperature rise mode can be set;bran-new Al (Artificial Intelligence) algorithm, to realizeno-overshoot/no-undershoot control oncomplex andlong-time logged objects.
4.Real-time online curve display for pressure, tempera-ture, rotation speed and torque;5.Automatic storage of experimental data, self-prepareddata recording function; able to display real-time data andhistorical data; also, providing data recorded in the form ofreports and alarm recording function;6.Provide with export function via USB flash disk; thusdata can be further analyzed and processed on the com-puter; so that experimental data can be stored for a longtime and be used in papers and academic research;7.Timing function: There are two modes, namely constanttemperature timing and work timing;8.Power supply configuration:110 or 200-240V/AC50-60Hz.
