1.Can you print our logo on the tent?
Yes. Customized brands can be printed on tent fabric according to your requirements.
2.Your tent to be able to install repeatedly?
Our tents can be assembled and disassembled and repeatably with small transposition distance. The service life of aluminum structure can reach 15-20years, and 5-8 years for PVC fabrics depending on different conditions of use.
3. What documents are available?
A full range of drawings documents, packing lists, manual installations and certified relatives can be provided. Customs declaration is provided. We have provided one-stop service for you.
4.Is your tent strong and stable enough? How about the wind loaded?
Yes. The main panels (in vertical support position and beam roof) are made with high impact extruded anodized aluminum (6061/T6). So that our tent structure is safe and strong and can withstand wind speed up to 100 km/h.
5.How long is the warranty period?
One year warranty. During the warranty period, we repair and replace the damaged part accordingly due to any damage due to quality problem. Not including artificial damage or accident damage.
6. What is the lifespan for curtains?
Lifespan for aluminum frame or galvanized steel frame is 15-20 years, life span for roof cover is 8-10 years under proper use condition.
7. What is the delivery time?
