PE PP Spiral Cable Tidy Making Machine / Plastic Wrapping Hose Protector Machine / Spiral cable cover/ Spiral Hose Protector Application:
Motors, generators, transformers, electronic devices, wire harnesses, and for various automotive and aerospace.
Machinery Working Process:
Automatic materials feeding---Extruder--forming and cooling---Haul-off ---punching---winder.
The machine line is consist of SJ-45/30 single screw extruder and die head, vacuum water tank forming machine,haulling off machine, meter counter, punching and winder. The units is compact structure and superior performance. the screw and barrel through optimization design, adopt 38CrMoAiA professional proccessing that can make the whole units has advantages of uniform plasticizing, capacity stability, high output, long service life,etc. The screw adopt cast-aluminium heating, fan cooling type and Precision electronic instrument temperature controller.

Extrusion die adopts 40Cr materialsThe surface has special treatment to ensure it is fluent extrusion
Vacuum water tank
The vacuum water tank is equipmented with frequency motor and reducer.
Puller ( haul off)
Special design for high quality protector formingIt could be rotating when pulling protector materials
Punching
Punching machine is to make final shape of the cable tidy
Winder(optional)
It use special designed spiral transport equipment and automatic winding unit.
