Direct pressure structure with fast closing cylinder on both sides in vertical direction.Two small oil cylinders to achieve fast opening and closing,speed and pressure divided into three digital settings;The parallelism between upper and lower hot plates is less than 0.08mm.A master cylinder to achieve clamping force,clamping pressure can be set.Maximum closing pressure protection.Precision electronic ruler controls the mode-locking stroke.Low speed and low pressure controls protect mold safety settings until mold closing is in place.

A3: Zhongjun has the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and all the production step must follow up this SOP. Every machine needs at least automatic running over 48 to 72 hours and must be inspected carefully before shipment.
