and achieve an energy-saving state. The Tray dryer is equipped with an automatic temperature control system for precise
temperature control. it is widely used in all kinds of materials.

Herbal plants and leaves, dehydrated vegetables, agricultural products, meat products, seafood, seeds, nuts, fiber garlic slices,
date slices, carrot sticks, cassava slices, onion shreds, feed, coconut, bamboo fiber, palm fiber, coconut shell, activated carbon
particles, synthetic rubber, catalyst particles, electronic components, plastic resins, etc.
Working Principle
The hot air circulation tray dryer adopts a high-temperature-resistant long-shaft circulation fan, and the forced hot air heated by
an electric heating tube or a steam heat exchanger is circulated in the oven. The drying oven is equipped with adjustable air
distribution plates; with the effect of forced ventilation, the relative temperature is more uniform and heat transfer is enhanced,
which increases the moisture evaporation rate and shortens the drying time. The whole oven body adopts a fully-enclosed structure;
most of the hot air circulates in the oven, and hot and humid air is rationally discharged, it has the advantages of high thermal
efficiency, energy-saving, and uniform drying of materials under the effect of forced ventilation.
